If you don’t already own a lot, we will help you find the right lot at the right price. We will discuss the specific location of the lot within the subdivision, any potential grading or drainage issues, the optimum placement of your home on the lot and any other considerations. Once we have found the right lot, Hansman Custom Homes will purchase the lot for you. This will save you time and money because you will be able to close on the lot and the home at completion of construction with no need for two separate loans.
